When you receive confirmation of your order, this is only to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

A contract is only formed between us, once we have received payment and sent you the goods and an invoice/reciept.

We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption with a PCI compliant company.

We do not disclose customer information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, these parties will not disclose any of the details to any other party.

All goods listed include vat at the rate of 20% where applicable.

World of Water reserve the right to change prices without notice. Ring to confirm prices.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible depending on service selected. Standard delivery takes two to five working days to arrive.

Next Day delivery will normally be made the next working day (Monday – Friday, exc. Bank Holidays) when the order is in stock and the ordered is received before midday.

World of Water cannot held responsible for late deliveries

Where items are out of stock you will normally be advised and you can decide whether to proceed with the order. As a precaution, we suggest that no arrangements are made for electricians or landscapers until the goods have arrived and been checked.

Damages or shortages must be notified to World of Water within 48 hours of receipt.

Should an item develop a fault within its guarantee period, it may be sent back to World of Water Direct for repair, or taken into any of our stores with your purchase receipt.

When sending back any item the responsibility for the goods is yours until we receive them back. World of Water reserves the right to repair or replace any faulty item at their discretion.

World of Water shall not be liable for any consequential loss of the customer whether this arises from a breach of contract or any other way.

World of Water’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by World of Water to the customer.

World of Water will not be liable for any specific instructions set out in their manual and web site or in any documents accompanying the goods supplied. Every care has been taken to describe and show the goods accurately. Variations may occur in both design and specification as the manufacturers of the items improve their products. The World of Water Manual is considered correct at time of printing although it cannot be guaranteed.

No employee of World of Water is authorised to waive our terms and conditions.

The customer’s statuary rights are not affected by any statement contained in the manual
